What data we process

Name, email, phone and the content of the message you send us via the contact form or by email.

Purpose and legal basis

Replying to your enquiry and negotiating a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention period

We keep the data from your enquiry for 12 months after our last communication if no contract is concluded. If we start working together, we keep it for the duration of the cooperation and for as long as the law requires.

Recipients and processors

Cloudflare (website hosting and form processing), Resend (delivering the form message to our mailbox, servers in the EU, Ireland) and INTERNET CZ, a.s. – Forpsi (our mailbox). We use no advertising tools and measure traffic in aggregate, without cookies, with Cloudflare Web Analytics. We do not sell or pass your data to anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses no cookies and no advertising or tracking tools. We measure traffic in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores no cookies or other data in your browser and does not track you across websites. If you switch between light and dark mode yourself, your browser stores that choice (localStorage) on your device only. It is not sent anywhere and only keeps the site in the mode you picked.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
