An accountant records what has already happened and takes care of taxes and statutory reports. Financial management looks ahead: it plans cash flow, keeps track of the budget and gives management the numbers it needs to make decisions.
Do we have to change our accountant or accounting software?
Usually not. We set up the structure and reporting on top of what you already use. We only recommend a change when the current solution is really holding you back.
